    Soon after the prebeta release of Windows 7, there are pirated free versions available all over the internet. And from the reviews of Windows 7, it looks like that there are no features that will thrill you. Just some fancy stuff on the looks, and some frills cut off from Vista to speed up your OS. Windows 7 is not something to be excited about huh ?

    Sprint, NexTel 8350i photos revealed – Releases in december

    The upcoming Sprint 8350i destined for the Nextel iDen network is rumored to be released in November/December as per blogs around the internet.
    And some Sprint 84550i images have even appeared on the internet. Looks like the yellow ball tracking is going to be the highlight, with it’s super cool features. From the images, it looks like the Sprint 8350i is a bit curved and thick with the yellow tracking ball as the highlight.

    Microsoft has released a report which has some alarming information for Windows pirated copy owners.

    Windows pirated copy owners are more likely to encounter data loss.
    Windows pirated copy owners are likely for frequent system crashes.
    Windows pirated copy owners are likely to have critical system failures.

    So basically, Microsoft is trying to warn users and companies running on pirated copies of Microsoft OS for data loss and IT problems.

    E-book reader with touch screen from Sony

    Amazon Kindle 2 is about to be released, and here is Sony giving them competition with it’s brand new e-book reader product – the PRS 700.

    It’s smooth touch screen, just like the iPhone with a 6 inch display, that makes reading easy.
    There are five preset text sizes and has built in LED light.
    It can store up to 350 e-books and has the option of adding additional memory cards.

    Hey guys, beware, there is a brand new phishing scam launched targeting mac users, if this blog is to be believed.
    It says Mac users will get an email which has close resemblance to those from Apple, and requests you for your personal details and social security number. It is a phishing scam so stay away from it.
    The site has also shown a snapshot of the email, in case you want to know how it looks.

    Did Steve Jobs suffer a heart attack ?

    Yesterday, there was a story on Digg that got popular, which said Steve Jobs had a heart attack.

    In fact, this was a rumor that got popularized from CNN’s un moderated citizen journalism forums. The digg thread got popular as it was a popular guy who submitted it.
    In effect, Apple’s share took a slight dip yesterday, so much for rumors !

    How does the new Macbook Pro look like?

    According to this thread, the new Mac book is going to look like this.

    The new Mac book pro is going to be little more advanced than it’s existing version with the following changes.

    The ‘Touchpad Dock’ rumor is false
    A new magnetic opening/closing system is in place
    The top of the ’shell’ is gloss, similar to the iPhone and the bottom is aluminum.
    The iSight is hidden nicely in the glossy frame
    The keyboard is similar to the MacBook Air keyboard

    There has been no communication from Apple on this though.
